Place your items in their original packaging with all Gorilla Playsets tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
